In 1998, he was selected by the Abington Board Of Selectmen to represent the town and serve the Board of Directors of the South Shore Tri-Town Development Corporation, the body that is overseeing the transfer of 1,400 acres<br> from the Navy to local ownership and development. He had previously been appointed by the Governor to the South Weymouth Naval Air Station Planning Committee. Jim earned his B.S. in Accounting from Stonehill College and is a Licensed Real Estate<br> Broker.
